US Laser is an American fiber laser cutting machine manufacturer and engineering company serving job shops, OEMs, and industrial manufacturers nationwide. From our facility south of Atlanta, our team develops flat-sheet and tube laser cutting systems that combine advanced components, proprietary software, modern automation, and practical machine design. We also provide installation, operator training, and U.S.-based technical support throughout the life of every machine.

Design Engineering
Our engineering team develops each fiber laser cutting system around structural stability, motion accuracy, material flow, automation, and operator accessibility. Machine components, controls, cutting technology, and proprietary software are integrated to create a complete system suited for demanding production environments.
Manufacturing
US Laser machines are assembled, integrated, and configured at our facility south of Atlanta, Georgia. Our manufacturing team oversees mechanical assembly, electrical integration, controls, alignment, and system setup to ensure every machine is built according to its intended production requirements.
Testing quality control
Our Technologies
High-performance linear motors deliver exceptional acceleration, positioning accuracy, and cutting speed without mechanical contact or backlash. This results in smoother motion, higher precision, and reduced maintenance compared to traditional drive systems.
Advanced beveling technology enables precise 45° cuts on both flat sheet and tube applications. This allows weld-ready edge preparation to be completed directly on the laser, reducing secondary operations and improving overall efficiency
ControNest is US Laser’s proprietary nesting and machine-control software, developed specifically for US Laser cutting systems. Powered by a Beckhoff control platform, it provides a streamlined workflow for part importing, programming, nesting, and production while helping maximize material utilization, reduce scrap, and simplify machine operation.
