Engineered for Production

Every US Laser system is developed around real manufacturing requirements. From the initial machine design through assembly and final testing, our process focuses on cutting performance, reliability, operator usability, and long-term production value.

Design Engineering

Our engineering team develops each fiber laser cutting system around structural stability, motion accuracy, material flow, automation, and operator accessibility. Machine components, controls, cutting technology, and proprietary software are integrated to create a complete system suited for demanding production environments.

Manufacturing

US Laser machines are assembled, integrated, and configured at our facility south of Atlanta, Georgia. Our manufacturing team oversees mechanical assembly, electrical integration, controls, alignment, and system setup to ensure every machine is built according to its intended production requirements.

Testing quality control

Before delivery, each machine undergoes a structured testing and validation process covering machine motion, positioning accuracy, control operation, safety systems, and cutting performance. Final cut tests confirm that the system is ready to produce accurate, repeatable parts in the customer’s facility.
